The apps Upload‑Lift Image Upload, Uploadly ‑ File Upload, and File Uploads by UploadKit are designed to let customers upload files—such as photos and graphics—directly on product pages in your online store. They simplify the creation of personalized products by supporting file uploads from various sources, including phones, computers, Google Drive, Dropbox, Facebook, and Instagram. Key features include file previews, image editing tools (crop, rotate, enhance), file validation, and automatic syncing to Google Drive. These apps allow merchants to easily access and download files linked to each order, streamlining the fulfillment process for custom products.
Admin Gang Sheet Builder is integrated with these plugins, which enables seamless management of DTF Transfers sold by size. Thanks to this integration, uploaded files from customers—regardless of the source—are automatically linked to orders and formatted correctly, making the entire workflow from customization to fulfillment faster, more efficient, and user-friendly.
How to Handle DTF Transfer Sales by Size Using the Admin Gang Sheet Builder App?

If you’re selling DTF transfers by size, once clients place an order and upload their files, you’ll be able to manage the entire process using the Admin Gang Sheet Builder. If, in addition to DTF transfers by size, you also offer ready-to-press designs, your customers can conveniently place mixed orders that include multiple DTF designs—whether they’re choosing from your offerings or uploading their own—all within a single order. This makes the experience seamless for both you and your clients.
Once your customer places an order, our solution automatically detects the selected product variant, assigns the correct size to that variant, and pulls in the quantity details. In the Shopify admin panel, simply go to the Orders section, click on More actions, and select Open in Admin Gang Sheet Builder. At that point, our tool will arrange the customer’s ordered designs onto a DTF gang sheet.
There are two ways to create a gang sheet in this process:
You can either open the builder with a default product, which will launch a gang sheet with preset dimensions, or you can choose to create a separate gang sheet with custom dimensions—for example, if you’re working with a different format like UV DTF. Depending on your choice, the system will generate a gang sheet with the appropriate size.

The final DTF gang sheet will include both the designs uploaded by the customer and those selected from your store’s design catalog—all conveniently placed in one layout, ready for production. Once approved, the system will automatically generate a ready-to-print file.
In the future, we plan to expand our integration with additional file upload apps. So if you’re using a different plugin to let your customers upload their designs, feel free to reach out to us—we’d love to hear from you and explore how we can support your setup.
